We offer shipping options for our candles using Royal Mail to the UK.

For our customers outside of the UK we offer a Royal Mail Tracked delivery service.

Simple Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for purchasing a hand poured Atlantic Light’s candle , melt, or diffuser. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but please do get in touch if you have any questions. We are here to help you!

We offer returns if you inform us of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt of your candle. Goods must be returned within 14 days and we will make a full refund within 5 days of the goods being received back by us. Goods must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging intact.

We will refund your original postage for delivering the product, when it was purchased and also the full cost of the purchased product. No refund for the return postal costs will be incurred by Atlantic Lights.
